Description

This breakfast is budget-friendly and darn simple to pull together if you need to be fast out the door. Whisk together your egg whites and cook in the pan while your rye bread toasts. Slice the apples, then you and your fit body are ready to go. :)

  1. In a small bowl, whisk egg whites with water. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and spritz 2-3x with olive oil, just until covered.
  2. Pour egg whites in the frying pan and heat until cooked.
  3. Toast rye bread and spritz with remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with salt. Top rye bread with egg whites. Sprinkle with salt and enjoy.
