  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F / 149 C. 

  2. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, cocoa, egg and egg whites, one at a time, and vanilla. Stir in vanilla. 

  3. In a separate bowl, combine erythritol, oat bran, protein, salt, and nuts (if using). Add to the cocoa-yogurt mixture. Stir until just combined. 

  4. Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch-square pan or ramekins. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Do not overbake. Let cool.
