Instructions

  1. Mix together chicken broth, vinegar, cinnamon, erythritol, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper. 

  2. Pour mixture over chicken breasts, turning to coat well. 

  3. Refrigerate chicken for up to two days.

  4. Remove from marinade and bake at 350 degrees F / 176 C for 45 minutes, depending on size of chicken breasts. Baste frequently with marinade and pan juices.
