With only 4 ingredients, this is an extremely simple breakfast. The incredibly high protein content sets you up for success, especially if you know lunch or dinner will be lower in protein. Not to mention it's outstandingly delicious.

  1. Spray a pan with olive oil cooking spray. Place beef in the pan and cook until desired doneness. During the last few minutes of cooking add the egg whites to the pan and scramble. Add a splash of almond milk to the eggs and whisk if desired. Serve with fresh sliced tomato or dice tomato and mix in with egg whites. Season as desired.
