We did it this way to keep the program affordable. Our brilliant head trainer has carefully constructed each workout to build lean muscle mass that serves to make our cells more sensitive to insulin, that burns fat even when we are at rest, and that are challenging, so you actually see results.
Each exercise comes with a personal demonstration of the movement and detailed step-by-step instructions, including exercise alternatives.
