No. Gluten and dairy can be problematic for some if that person has a sensitivity. They can cause inflammation and discomfort. But inflammation is not the same as weight gain.
Since excluding foods makes dieting harder, we do not exclude them. That said, we do have a handy icon on each and every recipe that lets you know on first glance if the recipe contains gluten or dairy.
Also worth noting, as glutenous foods don’t usually support fat loss, most of our recipes are naturally gluten-free.
