To upload progress photos, tap, ‘ADD PROGRESS PHOTOS’ from your Hub menu. This will take you to a library of all the progress photos you’ve uploaded previously. Tap ‘UPLOAD’ to upload new photos. You will be prompted to upload pictures you’ve already taken from the Front, Side, and Back.

It’s always a good idea to upload photos weekly and take your measurements vs. just tracking your progress via weight loss. As your body composition changes, you may not be able to see your progress on the scale. Photos and measurements complete the picture.
