Next to each exercise in your workout is a 3-dot menu. Tap it and you’ll get a list of options. One of the options is, ‘History.’ Tap this and you’ll see the weight you used the last time you completed this workout .
If it’s the first time you’re performing this workout, but you’ve done this particular exercise before on a different workout, you can tap, ‘All Workouts.’ Then you’ll see your complete history of doing this exercise from all the We the PCOS workouts that contain it and see what weight you were using.
